Goals
As a modern clinic, HERCARE provided their client with a mobile app to offer video meetings with health specialists, the goal was to build an app that could self-sustain and find PMF.
The product vision was to help women find hormonal balance.
Our North Star metric was Women’s well-being.
My role
Working closely with the Head of Product, design and development team, I’ve driven the product development from research to release. We started by understanding the market around us, the competitors and the user needs. With those insights, I led the ideation and testing of different solutions. We knew that to help women with needed data about symptoms and feelings and thus we ideated features with dynamics that nudged users to come back every day. Having set the basis to get the data needed, we were able to design, implement and launch subscription plans.
Results
Adoption, conversion rate and retention increased.
The subscription plans started to take on the app costs and helped the business thrive and expand in more countries.
Most importantly, our users’ well-being improved day-by-day thanks to the short-term and long-term plans that the health specialists could make through the use of the data collected by the app.
The app got also a feature on Apple Store.
