Goals

The goal was to establish trust and convey the value prop to drive user adoption, make people claim items from the marketplace and retain more users.

The strategy was to rebuild the app in a native tech stack and redesign it to appeal more and provide a greater experience both in the speedometer section and in the marketplace.

My role

I’ve driven the design and development team till the launch of the redesign. I made sure the app delivered the best quality performing heuristic evaluation and usability testing along with QA testing later on.

I helped establish a user-centred culture creating a workflow where the users were brought in for discovery or validation at every sprint.

I held a major ideation workshop (30+ attendees) to devise engagement features as long as proposed a smoother and product-led onboarding to decrease the time to value. I’ve also driven the design of the Apple Watch app for trekking users.
